We did have to contact the company but the response and remedy to the situation was very fast and we were completely satisfied!

It is easy for 1 person to set up and it is a little heavier but the frame is much sturdier and we’ll worh the little extra weight.

What a quality!The canopy itself is thicker material than the others and the metal frame is thicker as well.
