It really does replace this Allen Roth gazebo from Lowe's and now that Lowe's doesn't seem to have the replacement top I went for this. Well it fits as expected. The box it came it seemed really small, but it was both parts of the canopy. Next time it rips...and it will living in New Hampshire I'll buy this one again.

The merchandise arrived promptly. I was afraid that it might not fit because I paid about 1/3 of what the manufacturer charges for the replacement part. Thankfully it was a perfect fit. It took the handyman and his helper 20 minutes to install it. The color matched my original gazebo very well. Thinking of buying an extra one as a backup in case they discontinue making this part for my gazebo which is about 6 years old.
