we needed to fit our display (tent, grids etc) in a parking space at a farmers market. The 10x10' tent was too wide. The 8x12 is perfect. We've used it for over a year and nothing has broken.. The top has remained waterproof - no leaks in the rain.Compared to our EZ Ups, this brand is mush better. So glad Eurmax offers this size. The price is amazing, too

This canopy is fantastic. Very sturdy and thick canvas- seems like it should cost way more than it did. I bought it to use on the deck of my condo to keep water from pouring in from the deck above mine when it rains. The 8x12 was a perfect fit and the tall interior of the canopy makes it feel lofty and nice. I also hung string lights inside with zip ties. Note that it is nearly impossible to assemble without 2 people. It came in a very nice rolling storage tote also.

I really like this tent, design and brand. So happy I did research and bought what I needed. This tent fits all our needs for shade with out door events. A log of thought went into the design as use for it. From the tent it’s self to all the accessories. I bought the 1 side wall and it fits perfectly and so well. Some day I want to buy the tent accessory for the tent. The rolling case is great and the placement of the straps and wheels is perfect for me, It’s important to get stuff done in 1 trip and this tent does. If your looking or thinking stop and buy this one!!

No question that this is a very high quality product. Very sturdy, and the canopy fabric is thick, durable, and waterproof. Very pleasantly surprised!
